Name: Kiza (Name given to him by Emperor Jesur, only rulers he is close to call him by this.)
Alias: Keizin, used by everyone when he is referred to indirectly, or directly by a ruler. Lord (or Lord Protector), used when he is referred to directly.
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Race: Sacred Beast
Nation: Mount Hyin
Occupation: High Protector of Vecindar
Class: Civilian
Height: 5ft 6
Weight: 110lbs
Hair: Long to his waist, gold
Eyes: Silver
Appearance (Human): Slender and actually fragile looking like a porslin doll that is meant to sit on a shelf rather than be touched. His skin is extremely pale and he always seems to wear a face of sadness when he is by himself. To say he is handsome is not quite the truth but isn't lying; he has an unnatural beauty to him that can only be described as beauty itself. Like one sitting by a lake an admiring the glistening water, how calm the ripples are when the wind blows, that is the Keizin's beauty. And many who meet the Keizin are often shocked to how young he appears though he speaks like a wise old man, this is because of his immortality.
Appearance (Sacred Beast): A white dear-like beast with very short pearl-white fur. He has a mane just as a horse does, long and gold, and a horse-like tail to match. Perhaps the only thing unnatural about him in this form is that he has a golden horn on his forehead.
Personality: Not much is actually known about his personality besides that he is kind, generous, and extremely gentle. Though many assume him to be very naive as he will forgive even someone who tries to kill him. Also, the sight or even smell of blood makes him feel extremely ill. While some find it peculiar, it is just assumed that he is so pure, that any pain he might see makes him weak at heart. Perhaps that is a negative trait, perhaps not.
Clothing: Usually he can be seen in uniform, which is a long white robe hemmed with gold, with long sleeves that pass his hands even. And a sash wrapped tightly around his waist. Two gold earrings hang from each earlobe, the ends are somewhat large diamond shaped, as well a golden neck-cuff that snuggly embraces his lower neck. For footwear, he simply wears leather shoes that are comfortable to him, as he is on his feet for much of the day working.
Items: Mostly work-related items such as the Imperial Seal.
Background: There is more known about the gods then there is about the Keizin. He is very mysterious. All that is known is that he names a ruler and remains by their side. Many are oblivious to any kind of personal life he might lead, if at all. The reason he is called the "Keizin" is the fact that he has no actual name (that people refer him to), Keizin is a noun not a name. It comes from the fact that the Sacred Palace on Mount Hyin is located in Kei. In ancient times, the ruler of Kei was refered to at the Zin'Tara ("World King" in the old tongue). Zin'Tara Saranto was the first to kneel before the Keizin and proclaimed him ruler of Kei, even if that was inaccurate, the name stuck. Thus began a long road of political mess leading up to the present.
History: The Keizin was said to be created from a tear of Vecin who wept when he saw the destruction the races caused during their feuds. Since then, nothing has changed for him, he selects a ruler, lives his life, nothing more. Though its known to an extreme rare few that he does have a personal life, surprisingly. His actual massive personal life is all due to his experiences with passed rulers who he became fond of. Emperor Jesur was his most favorite emperor, and after a long reign, the emperor finally volunteered to surrender his immortality thus eventually losing his life. Though Jesur lived to a old age (naturally), and died a peaceful death, it was a difficult time for the Keizin. Since Vecin had not been displeased, the Keizin remained awake through the ordeal. It is said that after the emperor passed, the Keizin locked himself away for years and even when the gates of Mount Hyin were opened, it took several more years for him to choose another ruler.
Overall Description: The Sacred Beast of Vecin. Given the responsibility of granting the title of Ruler of Vecindar to a mortal who was deemed fit to rule over the other mortals. While he appears human most of the time, he is actually a cross between a horse and a deer, with a long golden mane and a single horn coming from his forehead. Although its rare to see him in his true form. He is immortal and extremely powerful, he is the speaker of Vecin when it is necessary. He cannot die from any means, he regenerates even decapitation. However you will never find a more gentle beast. He forgives all sins and betrayals, and dispises violence so much that the slight scent of blood makes him lightheaded, enough could render him weakened or even unconscious.
