Coral One of the few port cities that Leon has, but surprisingly its not that busy. The only thing keeping it from becoming a ghost town is that Leon uses it often for sea raids against Garastan. |

Rubel This fort city is a major trade route to Kei but is mostly Leon's major base of operations for land attacks against Garastan. Many poor people live here, they have no money to survive a move. |
